Necessary steps for setting up the automatic upload of stocks

The following steps will give you a general overview of how to set up automatic stock uploads.

Step 1:

Define stock with prices

Define which bearings should be placed on BEARING X. Should prices be shown for all sales offers? Do you need a safety stock? See how the BEARING X Checklist of the EASY CONNECT SERVICES can help you.

Step 2:

Exporting data to the BX-CSV

Create a data export that exports the previously defined data from your system on a daily basis and transfers it to the BEARING X CSV file.

Step 3:

Data upload to BEARING X

We currently offer two ways to upload the CSV file easily and automatically:

• Via Batch/Shell Script

• Via SFTP-Server Upload

It is also possible to connect BEARING X via REST-API. Please kcontact us if that is the best way for you.
